Toledo Meat Market
Chelsea and Chris and I also discovered an Arab food market in a rather seedy part of town. We were driving around randomly when Chelsea spotted the Arabic signs. We all went back for lunch Saturday - shwarma and falafel (and I bought some Sahlab mix and kierkadee, yummy). Here's a few pics from that experience.

* evidence that Liz looked so hott that when guests looked at her without the aid of special filters expressly designed for viewing her bridal radiance, they evaporated.
it was good times, kids.
oh, and "Cecka and Chelsea eat the wedding cake prior to the arrival of the bride and groom at the reception."
That one is pretty good, too. I am not kidding. Shh, don't tell Liz.
So I figured that if I ever joined facebook I would have to try and go steal my soul back from the devil. But since my resolve isn't as steely as Ceckas.... I'm game. Details! How do I find Claire on it? And I won't tell Liz.
I realized Sunday that the St George's summer fest was going on at the local Greek Orthodox cathedral... and I kicked myself for not realizing it sooner so I could let you guys know about it. Great arab food (lubeahlahum and hummus and falafel and so much more), a live arab band that only sings in Arabic, arab crafts including sheesha pipes, and Turkish coffee. mmmmmm. Do any of you remember where the seedy meat market was? There are a bunch of them in Toledo, most of them are totaly not sketch. Again, if I would have put 2 and 2 together I would have hooked you guys up with the info.
Either way, it was beyond the coolest thing ever to see you at the wedding! :)
