Terra chips are good with guacamole. Really.

I haven't checked the Blog in what feels like months, so when I logged on today I was sure to be inundated with a crapload of postings. I even mentally set aside a few hours to catch up with everyone and everything in the land of MESP.

And if you're reading this, you know that the above note about being inundated is not true. :(

Ah, such is life- we move on and grow apart in some ways. (Warning: sentimental moment coming on) You all have a very wonderful and special place in my heart, no matter how long between postings and road trips. :)

I was going to put my laptop away and do other things before work this afternoon, and then I thought, hey! go ahead and post. Break the cycle of being anti-bloggish! (That comment is only about me, not anyone else. I'm just so bad at checking this thing!)

Soooo here goes. AZ is still fab, and getting hotter by the day. I think the high today is supposed to be 92. I start Grad School in the fall at AZ State, and am so, so, so excited to get back into a classroom. I know- I'm a geek. But I don't feel as much alive as I do in the middle of a stimulating lecture. I'll be studying International Relations and (maybe) Comparative Politics. Ah, I'm smiling just thinking about the reading list. ;)

I'm looking out the balcony window, and it's nothing but blue skies and high, fluffy clouds. How I miss you all. This same sky is housing us all, and I wonder what everyone is doing. ::Sigh:: ta-ta for now.

:) Liz

PS- the pic (blogs are much more fun with pictures) is from a dodgeball tournament at work last weekend. My team was professional staff and one student- The Dominators. We played against 5 other student teams. Heck ya. We went all the way to the semi finals, and came in 2nd place. BEST PART: if you look closely, you can see that I'm totally rocking out the black MESP shirt! :)
